Tips for keeping your back healthy

  • A daily routine of 5-10 minutes per day of back exercises is advised.
  • Integrating cardio-vascular exercises like speed walking, swimming, stretching, yoga, etc. can greatly strengthen the back.
  • Integrating abdominal exercises will strengthen the middle section of your torso and support the spine.
